It is my deepest wish that we GROW together in rhythm with the natural cycles of life.

Welcome to my site where I hope you discover some useful resources to help you on your journey towards better health, self-care and self-love.

Here you’ll find unique in person and online exercise classes, a bespoke fitness service and free resources to download and much more.

Every 13 weeks I will be aligning our community and online classes to help us tune into the energies of the new season and helping us to ground into our bodies and connect more authentically with grace and ease to the world around us.

Growth

I will be birthing our Wellness Year every year at the beginning of the Spring season, around the Celtic fire festival of Imbolc, which is usually celebrated on February 1st to 2nd. A time where the energies are starting to rise, new growth is assured and we plant our health intentions and look forward to the year ahead. We then move through the Spring Equinox and check in to see what is and is not in balance in our lives and move onto Summer.

Abundance

We then arrive at the start of our Summer season and the Celtic fire festival of Beltane which is usually celebrated around April 30th to May 1st. Now the sun is blessing us with longer days and more warmth, nature is flourishing and we light up the fire within to energise and keep focus on our personal intentions for better health and abundance. During this season we flow through the high point of the Summer Solstice an celebrate our journey as we move on and into Autumn.

Gratitude

Our Wellness Year continues to the beginning of the harvest and Autumn season and the Celtic fire festival of Lunasa (Lughnasadh) which is usually celebrated around July 31st/August 1st. We have reached harvest time and we start to really celebrate and give thanks for our progress on the journey towards more embodiment, better health and personal growth. We check in again with our intentions and invite in more balance as we move through the Autumn Equinox and prepare for the Winter season ahead.

Letting Go

We then complete our Wellness Year and arrive at the start of our Winter season and the Celtic fire festival of Samhain (Halloween) which is usually celebrated around October 31st. We look at what we have achieved, what is working and what needs to be discarded with ease, just as the trees shed their leaves and we move into the colder months. We go within at the Winter Solstice as the Sun is at its still point, and then is born again to carry us through the holiday season. We start to focus towards the new calendar year and plan for the next Wellness Year, ready to start again at Imbolc.

The Rishi Isometrics & 5 Tibetan Rites of Rejuvenation are well documented for their many health benefits. Can improve, mobility, improve energy levels, strengthen, tone & relax body, mind & spirit. This class is suitable for all ages, abilities & experience.
